Policy writing service
Ruby has supported various large organisations including NHS hospitals and universities with their policy writing in relation to Assistance Dogs.
Staff training
Ruby has provided staff training and feedback on accessibility and the law in relation to Assistance Dogs and their handlers, for example working with Merlin Entertainment and conducting sessions with staff at Thorpe Park.
If you are a service provider or have a venue open to the public, your own organisation can gain great benefit from contributing your premises and/or staff for the purpose of real-world scenario-based training for these remarkable, life-changing dogs. Hosting a training session promotes understanding of those using Assistance Dogs, and enables your staff to see at first hand how they can accommodate this in their work.
With her extensive practical and educational knowledge in this field, Ruby can provide an insight into how you can provide a better experience your customers and service users, with advice on Assistance Dog law in the UK, and accessibility issues. This can be of particular value if you have staff who may themselves require similar assistance.

Assistance Dog Educated Programme
At Infinity Dogs CIC, we believe in the power of proactive education over reactive measures when it comes to Assistance Dogs.
That’s why we’ve established our Assistance Dog Educated programme
This initiative aims to train service providers and their staff to:
• Recognise genuine Assistance Dog partnerships.
• Support these partnerships within their organisations, whether they involve the general public or colleagues.
• Assist those training assistance dogs to ensure a positive experience, including understanding handler rights and responsibilities.
• Develop policies and pathways to support these efforts.
